{Promotion}

Dave has been working at Harmon's for 8 months as an Assistant Manager.  He loves it and gets compliments regularly about how well he is doing.

Last week a Manager position opened up and he was encouraged to apply.  He was told 27 people were applying so he knew that the competition was high.

Friday afternoon he had his interview.  Saturday afternoon he was told that he got the job and would be starting Monday at a different store.

We are so excited for this promotion!  It is more money and BETTER HOURS!  It has been so nice this week to sit down as a family and eat dinner together.

So far he is loving it and already making a difference at the new store.  I am so proud of him!  He will be store director in NO TIME!
