The road was completley shut down and they were directing traffic through a parking lot so we decided to stop and watch for a minute. We got there just in time to watch the helicopter take off.

Not sure why an 11 year old girl was walked down this dark road that has no side walk in the freezing cold at night but she ended up falling into a man hole that had the cover off. Thank goodness she didn't have any serious injuries.
