Describe your favorite clothes?
EASY QUESTION! I am a simple, simple girl. In the winter I love jeans and a warm sweater. In the summer it is capri's and flip flops!

Tell the courtship story about you and your husband.
When I think about our courtship and the things we have been through, all I can say is we were meant to be together!!
I met Dave in High School, we were Sophomores. My friend came up to me one day and said "Dave Horlacher wants to go on a date with you" I said, "Who is Dave Horlacher" I still laugh about that because I honestly had never met him before and had no idea how he knew me. I wasn't interested in anyone so what the heck. We ended up talking a little bit here and there, we were both new at this dating thing. He ended up asking me to a school dance. I can't remember which one it was. We had a horrible time. He had borrowed a friends car that for some reason he didn't know how to drive and things just were not going well. So after that night I blew him off and we never really talked again.
About a year later I ran into him at a dance club. I had a pretty bad attitude towards him and didn't give him the time of day.
Another year later we ran into each other at a mutual friends house (we didn't know was a mutual friend). Funny thing....he wouldn't give me the time of day.
It was October 29th 1994 and there I was dancing again at a club in Provo and who walks up to me? Yep it was Dave. This time we both gave each other a chance and we have not been apart ever since. We had a lot of bumps in the road at the beginning but now our friendship and love has grown into such a wonderful thing I would never trade our experiences for anything.

Tell about your Grandma and what you enjoyed doing with her
Every summer I would go stay with my Grandma Remund (My dad's mom) in Midway for a few days. She would meet us half way through the canyon to pick me up.
We spent a lot of time swinging on her porch swing outside and just talking, I can still hear the squeaking sound the swing would make.
She was AMAZING at needle point and always had a project going. After she passed away I inherited many peices of work that I tresure.
She had a big window in her kitchen. She would sit at her kitchen table and watch all the activity going on outside. She had a long dirt driveway we called "the lane" At that time only a few people lived down the lane and she knew the coming and going of all of them.
At night she would fix me a bowl of ice cream and we would sit and watch the news together before bedtime. Now that I think about it I was pretty lucky to be eating ice cream at 10:00 at night.
In her kitchen she also had "the drawer" in the drawer you would NEVER be without a homemade cookie. She was actually in the middle of making these famous cookies the day she passed away.
She was always a spunky little thing that kept us entertained. Her famous words "My Hell" still cracks me up everytime I think about it or even find myself saying it.

{Baptism}
Congratulation to my Niece Skyler!!! She was baptized this weekend. We wish we could have been there to celebrate your day with you!
Nothing much new with us. It snowed like CRAZY this weekend so we just stayed inside and relaxed. I need to get some scrapbooking done but I keep procrastinating! That is what I will be working on this week.

What are your New Years Resolutions
1. Lose weight. I'm not going to say how many pounds! My goal is to workout at least 5 times a week.
2. Be a more patient person, especially with my kids.
3. Catch up on my scrapbooks
4. Be a more thoughtful person. Example: Send cards to all my loved ones on birthdays, Anniversaries and special occasions.
5. Be better with money
These are a few that come to my mind at the moment. I want this year to be wonderful and stress free. Last year was great until we hit a little bump in the road. I just want to get back on top and stay there!
