We bummed around that afternoon, took the kids minature golfing and then headed up to my brother's house in Midway to watch the fireworks.
We sat around the fire, roasted marshmellows, talked and then watched the fireworks on top of Memorial Hill...perfect view! It was really nice. I decided Midway is such a wonderful place to visit and I love it so much, but that's all it has ever been and will be for me, a place to visit. I don't miss living up there at all.

Cute kids! We missed being there. Great fireworks picture too! Glad everyone had fun! So glad everyone gets together to celebrate.
