{Whimpy Kid}

McKay has shown a lot of interest in these books latley. I bought the first one at a book fair a while ago, the next one for Christmas and now another one just came out.

I went to 3 bookstores...GONE. The 4th place I tried it was the last one on the shelf...I ran up to it and was ready to knock out anyone I needed to! Geez! At least I didn't have to sit out until 3am like with Breaking Dawn!

{New Casting for Twilight}

I think they need to cast me in the new Twilight movie, I would fit in so much better!

{January Crop}

On Friday I went scrapbooking with a bunch of awesome girls! We have so much fun together and laugh until our cheeks hurt. At 3:00am we finally called it a night. Much needed girl time!

Every month I get together with these girls and we exchange kits. I owed 2 kits this time.

This was a fun one to do. It was all black and white and then I used water colors to spice it up

I don't scrapbook much for me anymore, it always seems to be about the boys, so it was nice to get a page with just me and Dave on it.

{2009 Inauguration)

What an exciting day! Everyone is so patriotic, it reminds me of how grateful I am to be an American.

The 2009 Inauguration of the 44th President of the United States is in progress as we speak. I am watching it at work online. Barack Obama is our first black president.

Millions of people have gathered to witness this day in history.

I'm not a political person at all but I keep getting the chills. I'm excited for a new change. I look at Obama and I get a good feeling from him. He's young and has a young family. I think he has the United State's best interest at heart. He is going to do some good things.

{Sledding}

I took the kids over to a local sledding hill. It is so much fun! They could have stayed all day long and I enjoyed watching them from the warmth of my car and reading a book. All of us were happy!

{New Years}

We had the New Years festivites at our house this year. It was good times with some good friends and family.

It was so nice to spend some time with my sweet husband. I love this guy!!

{New Years Resolution}

July 16, 2008 152.5 pounds.

January 1, 2009 158 pounds. (I'm an idiot!)

New Years Resolution....WORK OUT!

I was doing so good with my working out and eating. I lost 25 pounds! I felt better about myself even though I would almost cry every time it was time to work out. I HATE IT, I really do, I don't like anything about the entire 40 minutes! But the results are worth it!! Just keep telling myself that.... IT'S WORTH IT!

My goal is 135. That is 23 pounds. Wednesday Weigh-in is back ON!

Another thing I want to work on this year is GET MY LIFE ORGANIZED!! Not sure how that is going to happen. If any of you have some great ideas PLEASE send them my way. In my old age I am losing my mind so I guess I need to get a Calendar and write EVERYTHING down. Part of my problem is I am a procrastinator!
