We had a really fun family party today!! With all of our kids getting older and having a ton of energy it isn't very fun to just go to someones house and sit around so Teressa had a great idea to go sledding!
But first we went over to my Dad and Vickie's house. We ate lunch and opened presents
We decorated lanterns to take up to the cemetary. We each wrote a little note to Grandma on one of them and then the other we put all of the kids hand prints.
Then it was time to get wild! All of us went down the hill together! It was a blast!
Then it was time to go visit my mama. I miss her so much and it makes me so sad that she can't be here to have fun with us and the grandkids.
The lanterns were a lot of fun.
They went up pretty high but the flame went out so they came back down.
So the kids went and caught them and we will save them for next year.
I really love my family! We may not get together as often as we should, but we has such a great time and seem to beable to pick up where we left off.
